Super vibe boutique hotel with super staff in a great location
This is a super new hotel in Dublin. It has such a cosy and cool vibe to it. Real boutique gorgeous hotel. The interior decor is stunning - the bar, restaurant and reception gorgeous. The staff so polite, kind and helpful. The reception team is fab - they go beyond and make it a very personal experience. The food is simply divine - the breakfast a must (Irish breakfast is huge though!). The cocktails and bar food are delicious. The bar and housekeeping staff are excellent. The Japanese loos a nice touch! Gym well equipped. Upstairs outdoor terrace a super space and lovely to have somewhere to sit out, chill etc. Location is super - just a short 10-15 min walk to Grafton Street etc. Huge thank you to the whole team.
A few small things - and bearing in mind this only opened in March, they are small snags…the bed sheet was too short for the bed - it didn’t tuck over the top at the back by the headboard. The Standard room is small - yes you are in central Dublin but no where to store your suitcase etc. But it’s ok - next time we would go up a level on room size. The Jacuzzi isn’t yet open - it has been built but they say it will open soon - would have been nice to have had this as mentioned on the website. There isn’t a guest welcome folder - it meant we had to ask reception about things - they are so welcoming but you don’t want to be bothering them. A nice touch would be a QR code in your room to access an online version which talked about the hotel, breakfast times, bar opening times etc. But these are all small things and overall we had a super time, would recommend to anyone wanting a super location in a super vibey hotel - we will return.
